Since the triboelectric nanogenerator (TENG) was invented, it has received extensive attention from researchers. Among many pieces of research based on TENG, hybridized generators is progressing rapidly. In recent years, and application electromagnetic–triboelectric (EMG-TENG) have made great progress. This review mainly focuses latest development EMG-TENG elaborates principles, materials, structure, applications EMG-TENG. this paper, microscopic charge transfer mechanism TENG explained by most primitive friction electrification phenomenon electrostatic induction phenomenon. The commonly used materials for fabricating selection modification methods are introduced. According to difference in divided into two categories: vibratory rotating summary explains EMG-TENG, including energy supply self-powered system small electronic devices, as a sensor, wearable devices. Finally, summarizing previous studies, author puts forward new views direction
